Charmaine Fagan is the Principal of the school and teaches Jazz, Tap & Troupe lessons throughout the year.  Charmaine began dancing at 4 years of age, and was competing in eisteddfods before starting school.

Before opening CK Dancers, Charmaine's dance training lead her down many different roads.  Cheerleading, modelling in fashion shows and performing in special events such as the Mo Awards.  During this time she also taught in various dance studios and completed an ACHPER Fitness & First Aid Course.

In 2001, with maturity, experience and the passion to teach, Charmaine felt it was time to open her own school.

During the past seven years the school enrolments & achievements have grown, along with a reputation for teaching in an encouraging environment. Charmaine believes that the enjoyment of watching her student’s talent develop, is what makes her job one of the most rewarding jobs imaginable.

KATIE HOLLOWAY is currently teaching the Advanced Jazz and Senior Ballet lessons held every Monday evening. Katie is an all-round performer, having studied Jazz, Tap and Ballet with excellent examination results. Her diverse knowledge gained from performing, cheerleading and modelling, together with her passion to creatively choreograph, always ensures an enjoyable and challenging class.

CHRISTINE TYRRELL teaches Hip-Hop, Ballet, Jazz, Tap & Singing and is loved by all her students. Christine started studying Ballet, Tap and Jazz in Newcastle when she was five & began singing lessons at age seven. Christine's singing & dancing achievements include winning the National Singing Championships at Jupiters Casino in 2004, plus winning Bankstown Trotters & Five Dock Senior Talent Quests in 2006.

Apart from teaching at 'CK', Christine is currently performing throughout Sydney venues in her own Cabaret act, “Christine Tyrrell and the Lee Dancers”.

SAMANTHA MOORE is primarily our Contemporary teacher, however also trained in Jazz & Hip-Hop, Samantha acts as a relief teacher for other classes as well.

Samantha's commitment to dance inspires all her students. She is a well liked teacher, who connects with all students, whilst always maintaining a displined classroom. Her classes are aimed to challenge her students minds, flexibility, ability & fitness!

MELISSA JOSEPH has been a student teacher at CK Dancers for the past

4 years whilst studying Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop & Singing.  Melissa has

also competed in Eisteddfods & performed in Shopping Centres, Restaurants

& various venues.  Last year Melissa began dancing professionally in a travelling cabaret show & is continuing with the show in 2008. 

All our babies at CK Dancers, adore Melissa and are really excited to know, that this year Melissa will be their teacher.
